Thank you for trusting MNM (Minds Navigating Meaning) with your quiz nights and your Bible reading. These terms are the agreement between you and MNM, run by Robin T Maturu in Zimbabwe. By claiming your place you agree to them and to our Privacy notice.

Who can use MNM

• Anyone can claim a place with a Google account or an email address.
• If you are under 18, you need your parent's or guardian's agreement to use MNM, and they accept these terms for you.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Your access

Your access to MNM is complimentary. Partner moments, always labelled Sponsored, help keep it that way. They never appear during a question or on a church big screen. If we ever offer paid upgrades they will be clearly labelled and always optional.

Playing well

• Use a name, church name and group name that are respectful. Admins may change or remove ones that aren't.
• Don't cheat, use bots, disrupt rooms, harass other players, or try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• Don't pretend to be someone else, including a church you don't belong to.
• Hosts can remove players from their rooms. Admins can reset scores, and pause, disable or remove accounts that break these terms.
• Report a question or a player from the game if something isn't right. We review every report.

Leaderboards and badges

Leaderboards and badges are for encouragement and fun. They have no cash value and can't be transferred. We may correct scores or badges that were earned by mistake, by a fault in the game, or by breaking these terms.

Questions and Scripture

Every question links to the verse it comes from. We work hard to keep questions accurate, and you can report any question you think is wrong from the answer screen. Bible text is provided by the Free Use Bible API (bible.helloao.org); each translation remains under its own licence. MNM is a study and fellowship aid, not a substitute for your church's teaching.

Partner moments

Partner moments are provided by our partners. When you tap one you may leave MNM for the partner's own site, which has its own terms and privacy practices. Showing a partner moment is not an endorsement of every product or view of that partner.

Our content

The MNM name, logo, design and question bank belong to MNM. You may share screenshots, results and invite links freely. Please don't copy the question bank or the app itself.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep MNM running smoothly, but it is provided as it is and we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance. As far as the law allows, MNM is not responsible for indirect losses from using it. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Zimbabwean law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Profile. We may suspend or remove an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why when we can.

Changes

We may update these terms as MNM grows. We'll change the date above, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app before they apply. If you keep using MNM after that, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe.
